RECOMMENDED EVERY 50 RIDING HRS

  • Shock is inspected for any visible signs of wear/damage and are recorded. If damage or wear is found we will get in touch with a quote for replacement parts.
     
  • Air pressures are noted. The air can is then disassembled, seals removed and parts are cleaned & inspected for any signs of damage or wear.
     
  • New seals are then installed with some super smooth grease and some fresh oil to make it them all slippery and nice. The shock is then inflated to to noted air pressure and tested.


HOT TIP:  If you have been thinking about installing tokens this is the perfect time to do so. 

 

 

INLINE & COIL

  • Shock is inspected for any visible signs of wear/damage and are recorded. If damage or wear is found we will get in touch with a quote for replacement parts.
     
  • As well as preforming an air can service (air shocks) the shock is disassembled, all seals are removed and parts are cleaned &  inspected for any signs of damage or wear.
     
  • New seals  and any updated service parts will be installed with low friction grease to make it super smooth. Shock is re-assembled and vacuum bled where applicable and all IFP charging is filled with nitrogen.
     
  • Shock is then tested and settings are set to how they arrived (unless requested otherwise) and retested.

RECOMMENDED EVERY 100 RIDING HRS

  • Shock is inspected for any visible signs of wear/damage and are recorded. If damage or wear is found we will get in touch with a quote for replacement parts
  • Your fork will be completly stripped down. All parts will be cleaned and inspected for wear or damage.
  •  
  • Lowers, air spring and damper cartridge will all be rebuild with new seals/bladders and any updated service parts at this stage. As well as all new low friction lubricates and fluids.
  • Damper cartridges will be vacuum bleed where possible and tested separately before reassembly to ensure a seamless damping range performance. 
  • Forks are then reassembled, all settings (rebound, compression, air) are returned to original settings (as upon arrival) unless requested otherwise. Fork are then retested to make sure smooth and rad.
 

* Please note prices no not include replacement/damaged parts. Price is for servicing components off the bike. Labour will be charged for removal/install from bike for servicing.
