Description

 

Booking a service is easy - just select the week you'd like to book your service and organise a courier through the checkout. Once your shock arrives, we'll then service the shock over the next four days, and if it needs extra work beyond what's booked we'll give you a call.

When the job is complete, we'll let you know and arrange a return delivery.

A few things of note:

If you're couriering in your suspension please allow a buffer time for the couriers to get it to L&C by the booking date.

We're sorry but our freight forwarder's are un-able pick up from Rural Delivery locations. If you live in a Rural Delivery area please consider having your suspension collected from somewhere handy for you that is inside their pickup zones, maybe like your work address.

Alternatively, if there is a Post Haste or New Zealand Couriers depot near by you can drop it there. (please let us know if this is what you'd like to do)

Returning your suspension to a Rural Delivery location will be no problem. 

How the courier works

1. Select your type of courier and select the start date of your service booking. 

3. Move to the checkout, enter the address you’d like us to order a pickup courier from.

4. You will receive an email confirmation and we will send you a digital courier ticket to send the shock to us.

5. Once your job is complete we will send you a link to an online invoice that you can pay via credit card and we will courier the suspension back to you.
